Moltkes Palace

With its central location in downtown Copenhagen, Moltkes Palace is an excellent venue for meetings, conferences, seminars, or company courses. Both of the palace's two halls are equipped with a stationary screen and A/V system, and the smaller chambers can be set up to meet the technical requirements necessary for any event. The palace has many breakout rooms in addition to the main halls. Depending on the set up, the total capacity using all rooms can be up to 1200 people.


Saga Queen

Thoughts are thought better at sea...Take this opportunity to give your meeting a slightly different edge. This newly built sailing restaurant is the perfect setting for a meeting of up to 210 participants. So experience the splendour, luxury and atmosphere of Copenhagen Harbour, the famous buildings and the city lights whilst conducting business.


The Old Stock Exchange

One of the old and most impressive buildings in Copenhagen is Børsen. The building was built by King Christian IV during 1618- 1624 enabling it a symbol of Copenhagen as a trade centre and metropolis. Originally Børsen was used as a commodity exchange and this is why it is nominated as one of the first exchanges in Europe. At Børsen you have many possibilities in professionally handling seminars and conferences. Depending on the number of attendees and required table arrangements, one of the small rooms or the Exchange hall can be used. The Exchange Hall seats up to 450 people.

Business at sea - Our ships on the Copenhagen-Helsingborg-Oslo route all have excellent facilities. With their wide array ot technical capabilities including A/V equipment and the latest technology. Conference facilities can be provided for all types of arrangements including meetings, lectures and conferences as well as exhibitions and showcases.


Crown of Scandinavia

The conference facilities are spread over three decks and have room for 350 participants. You will find everything from large conference rooms for up to 200 people, to elegant 8 person meeting rooms with large windows from floor to ceiling, giving a full view of the ocean.

Pearl of Scandinavia

The auditorium on Deck 11 has capacity for 210 people, with a further 20 conference rooms each seating between 8 - 40 people. The Pearl of Scandinavia also has an internet centre with a panoramic view. All rooms have large areas with an office and sofas where participants can relax and enjoy refreshments during their breaks.
